There is a really cool avatar I found on another board and the user has given me permission to borrow it. Problem is: it's a moving avatar that is a slide show of 6 different photos. When I tried to save it to my computer, it only saved 1 of the 6. Can someone help me download it properly?

My 2nd question is: can someone host it for me?
Thanks in advance.

FuzzBunny

A Photobucket account will allow animated .gifs, so you don't need to have someone here host it for you.

Where is the avatar, so I can see if I can save it.
I too was going to suggest Photobucket.
I hope Fuzzbunny can help you out. Goodluck CFS
You folks rock!

Unfortunately that board is set so that non-members can not view the member profiles, but if you go to this thread:

Scroll down until you see the post by HauntedHeadNC. She has the 6 wives of Henry VIII in her moving avatar. She said she swiped it from somewhere else, so she gave me permission to "Borrow" it from her.
Copied, placed on our servers and updated your profile Smile
Thanks, Dessi! You are the BEST! The 6 wives and I thank you.
CFS That is one cool Avatar! Thumbsup
I am happy everything worked out for you Smile

Thanks! It's morbid and sexist, I know, but I am a huge history buff and I get a kick out of it.
Actually, that's the way school children in the UK are taught to remember the fates of Henry's wives. A boyfriend told me about it when I lived there, I thought it was very handy and I've always remembered it.

That is so cool anastasia.
The ONLY thing I know about Henry the 8th is from the Movie
"Anna of A Thousand Days" with Richard Burton
I love that movie, lol
Sorry to go OT, but that is the only thing I know about old Henry, lol

I just saw that movie last year for the first time. The acting was good. The only thing that bothered me was that the real Henry VIII had red hair and Burton's was very dark. I am nitpicky that way.

Anastasia, I didn't know about the UK children's rhyme until I started looking for the source of the avatar a couple months ago. It is handy!

I am glad you saw that movie CFS ITA I love the acting in it.
Too bad you can't find an AVATAR of good old Henry himself, RED hair and all. That would be cool!
