While i have no problem sharing passwords, accounts, etc with the person i am devoted to, i can understand why others would never want to. I guess for me, when i am in a relationship, once the lady i am with has gained my trust(which believe me, is NO easy task) and we are committed, i see no problem sharing everything. the whole "open and honest" thing comes in to play here. when i am with someone, i try to be 100% open, honest, and i hide nothing. I have nothing to hide from the lady i am with, so it wouldnt bother me if she knew my passwords to email, etc. I guess i dont have a problem with having a shared account because that is how i grew up. my mom and dad always had shared accounts, and where i work(credit union) almost all the accounts are joint accounts if the person opening the account is married/in a LTR. of course i would never give any of my info to someone i just started dating, but if it got to the point where we were living together, thats a much higher level of commitment.
I don't share. Again, those of us who feel that way seem to be single. Probably for the best Smile

I am completely open and honest in my relationships. That doesn't mean that I share everything! My best friend and I are really close, but not inseparable. I will go weeks or months without talking to her.

Then again I think that no matter what relationship I am in with a specific guy, I will always feel like a "Him and I" rather than a "We".
