Neighbor Tosses Poop on Doorstep

A surveillance camera catches a man lurking outside a home. He looks around, checks to see if anyone is watching, and throws a bag on the house's front porch before calmly walking away.
Jim Essig discovered the "special delivery" and was shocked to find it contained dog poop!
"I was livid. I was livid," an exasperated Jim tells INSIDE EDITION.
His wife Alyssia pinches her nose, remembering the foul smelling package.
At first Jim and Alyssia thought it was a teenage prank, but upon reviewing their videotape the couple made a stunning discovery...the "prankster" was none other than the homeowners' neighbor, Lloyd Slacker!
Alyssia says, "He's a grown man throwing poop on our front porch...its just silly."
The Essigs and their two children live in suburban Baltimore. A common alley separates their house from Slacker's. The Essig family says the trouble started when Slacker accused them of dumping their dog's business in his trash can, something they deny.
Then, last week Slacker was caught in the act. As the Essigs would later find out, they may not have been the pooper scooper's only target.
"I was pooped twice," says Lillian Thomspon, another neighbor. She says Slacker frequently complained to her about noise and then she got a surprise package on her doorstep. "When I came out there was a bag of poop on my steps."
After identifying Slacker on the surveillance video, Jim Essig went to visit Slacker at his home. "The only thing he would say is, 'Get off my front porch,'" says Essig, recounting their conversation.
