This article is too long to post, but they go over the calorie and fat content of certain items at certain chain restaurants:

I've seen that. I wish every place would post their menus on the web along with nutritional information. Notice that in that article, they often had to get their own experts to test the food because the company wouldn't provide the information. I don't know what they are so afraid of. It's not as if most people even care about this stuff, but they'd be more likely to get business from those of us who do if we knew exactly what they were feeding us. Heck, they might even be compelled to put a few more low fat/low calorie/low carb items on the menu.
Scary, isn't it? You think you are being healthy by ordering a salad or a fruit smoothie, but SURPRISE!
