Those children are WAYYY too old to be mistaking fragrance packets for candy. That's the sort of thing a five year old might do. Do they not know how to read, or have they been so overprotected that they can't tell household items from candy? Have they never bought candy for themselves? -- candy is always in one aisle, and fragrance items in another. I'm just dumbfounded.
