I found this information for the postcard exchange, but I'll also include it here in case anyone wants to send a card without being part of the exchange (or just ask me directly - the postage is free and the cards are cheap so I'll send one out if you provide your address). From what I understand the postage is free for postcards, but I haven't confirmed it from within the US so I won't guarantee it (check with your post-office if you want to confirm). The US post office prefers that people include their return address, but I have no idea why and it seems to work without it.
US mail:
To any soldier
C/O Anthony Cuchens
HHT, 1-71 CAV
APO, AE, 09355
Canadian mail:
To any soldier
1 RCR B Coy 6 Pl
Op Athena
PO Box 5058, Stn Forces
Belleville, ON, K8N 5W6
These particular addresses will get mail to guys who are on the ground in southern Afghanistan. They will be valid if you send something in the next month - after that I can't guarantee it (I don't remember when they're leaving here).
