Johnston has reunited with his former love and mother
of his child, Bristol Palin.

Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston say their love is real,
but skeptics allege the couple's reunion is the first
step in a plan to land themselves back in the
spotlight - and featured on a reality TV show.

Palin, 19, and Johnston, 20, announced their
reengagement on the cover of Us Weekly on
Wednesday, surprising even their parents. "We got
engaged two weeks go," the daughter of 2008 vice-
presidential candidate and former Alaska Gov. Sarah
Palin told the magazine. "It felt right, even though
we don't have the approval of our parents."

After Johnston issued a surprising public apology
to the Palins earlier this month, saying he was sorry
for his "youthful indiscretions," a rumor "made the
rounds in the Alaskan blogosphere" that the former
couple would soon reunite, get engaged, and then,
after a few weeks, announce a reality show,

Ditto. Although I do predict it won't last.
OMG. What a nightmare.

Banghead
zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Although I will say this -- I hope to high heaven Sarah Palin shows up (media whore that she is) and shows her true colors repeatedly, so that the nuts in the Republican party who think she's the savior will see her for what she truly is.
Actually, there is some speculation that because she wants to run for President in 2012, Bristol and Levi being married would bode well for her.

Whatever.

Snore....wake me when it's over.
NKB, it's never over.
OMG, a pregnant teen decides to get back with her on/off boyfriend, then announces she wants to marry him even though their parents don't approve? That like never happens, I'm so facisnated!
I wish my sarcasm translated better into text.

NKB, I thought the same thing, but I'm not sure that resigning from office to do a book tour would be the best way to try and win the presidency, but I'm no election expert. It does seem like a big publicity stunt.
What really pisses me off about society is that these people are being rewarded for being useless stains on the fabric of life while so many others are unrewarded.

We shouldn't be surprised this has made the news. Disappointed, but not surprised.
