That's kinda weird, but it is a good marketing strategy(no I don't agree with it though).
As someone who has lived in 2 of the states where this will be sold(CA and AK) I can say there are a lot of teens in California who will use this.
In Alaska the Forever 21 is HUGE, almost department store sized and a lot of people(myself included, and men too) shop there. Come to think of it behind Nordstroms and JC Penny I believe it is the 3rd largest clothing store in Anchorage. I was quite surprised by this because in California the Forever 21 was just a little standard sized shop at the mall.
It is somewhat sad though

Well, no wonder teens don't seem to care if they are pregnant by age 13.
No shame in it anymore. No reason to use birth control....which is what I always find odd because they are too irresponsible for birth control, yet they are going to now be responsible enough to raise a human being and all of the HUGE responsibilities with that?
I don't understand it at all.
Hollywood makes it "cool' with the baby bump talk.
Financial assistance for these teens is jaw-dropping.
Now trendy fashions.....which, IMO, is the LAST thing they should be spending money on and I don't care how cheap the clothes are. Now is not the time to be dropping money on current and fashionable styles.
