I'm channelling my inner NKBurlington. LOL! Actually, no, she and I are neck and neck, usually when it comes to 'media appearances'. We do like to make our voices heard!
I'm so excited! I just got on to my favourite call-in show at lunch. It's called "Ontario Today" and is broadcast all over Ontario on CBC (our NPR). YAY! Too bad the subject was kind of lame, but I didn't care. I actually have VERY strong opinions on it, so I called. It was about the Governor General of Canada, Michaelle Jean. I absolutely HATE her. She 'prorogued' parliament last year amidst talks of the two smaller parties forming a coalition to oust the minority government. Basically the government decided to pack up their toys and go home to prevent a vote and the GG allowed it. I lost all respect for her after that.
Do you ever call into radio shows? I have called MANY times into this one, nearly got on a few times, but this was my first time getting on it! YEAH!
