Today is my 15th year anniversary that I have not had a Cigarette.
I won't go into any real details. Cause talking about it,
believe it or not still gives me the urge to smoke.
I sometimes have nightmares where I am smoking, and I am so mad at myself for blowing 14 years.
But, then when I wake up, I am happy, cause I knew it was all a bad dream.
And today I reached 15 years!
Considering that I use to smoke a pack a day for 25 years. I am now way over the half way mark of having just as many years smoke free as I did when I was a smoker.
Life can be sweet at times

You may even be alive today because you quit and look at all of the $$$ you put in your pocket instead of Big Tobaacy.

Thanks Gang, Yep that was a milestone I managed to reach.
But as far as me being healthy? LOL I wish, lol.
I gained all the weight back that I lost last year.
I am so disgusted with myself, I have no ambition anymore to even try again.
Even though I KNOW I should for my health if nothing else.
But I just cannot get motivated.
But at least I kicked the tobacco habit.
At least I managed to do something right
