I would say, for me, is some of the items at the Chinese restaraunts back in MA where I came from. For some reason, they have items that other places to not have. I don't know why. I'm not crazy about the Chinese food where I am.

My favorite items were "hun su gui" (chicken fingers in a sauce and veggies), chow mein (so different in MA than where I am), fried rice, BBQ spareribs, and egg rolls. They may not seem to be the healthiest, but very good once in a while.

Also the pizza is so much better in MA than where I am now. Pizza here is pretty bad sometimes.
Tommy, do you go to the Chinese places out in Kearny Mesa? That's where I go for dim sum and it's fantastic. Emerald, China Max, and Jasmine are the places I've been, I've only had better in Chinatown in San Francisco.
