I thought I would share some before & after Pix of My New sofa & drapes.
After 10 long years of my old sofa and one missing leg and using phone books to keep it from sagging in. I decided to splurge and buy a new sofa.
Hubby & I & Sir Boots just love our new couch.
Couch, sofa whatever one calls it these days. I guess it depends on where you grew up. But anyway
The old flower pattern couch came to a ridge in the back. So no way can a cat of any kind could ever lay on top of it. But now Mr Stinker thinks he owns this couch. By Hopping up on top and staying there.
I keep a Pretty new Plush Pink bed cover on the couch to keep Boots Claws from ruining the material.
And he loves how soft it is too. And of course so do we.
Anyway I finally caught him on the couch. And I got these great photos I thought I would share.
The couch was a bit messy, sorry in advance. But I can take the shot when I can get it with Speedy here, lol

PS The Close up of Boots on the Pink Cover I use as wallpaper for my desktop, lol.
And I wish I spent the money on a matching love seat. But at the time I made this purchase Hubby did not have a job. So I was spending frugally. I will be in the market for a new love seat soon. Maybe an all black one? What do you think?

Nice couch! BTW, Boots is soooo cute! He totally looks like he is king of the castle now...hehe He is lovin that couch! Black would be a nice match, but if you're like me it will be a pain keeping the cat hair off it! lol My couch is green...lol

LOL good eye Beachbum... YEP that is HIS traveling 64oz mug that is HIS only source of water. Since Sir spoiled Boots refuses to drink out of anything else but that mug, lol.
Not to metion I think he was born half camal. He certainly drinks like one, LOL

Glad you both liked the sofa too I know solid black will show every hair PK. So I will try to find a black stripe pattern to offset the wild floral pattern in the sofa. But that won't be happening anytime soon. Its just an idea for an anniversary present come July
