I hate it when people put people into high positions for being good role models instead of a ablities.

There is a good reason why many high status women through history and even in modern day are not mothers.
Because being a mother is hard and takes time and even when your men helps out it is still the women's natural urges to spend time with your children. In Germany childless women actually earn more than men.
