Boots Birthday is this Thurs. And I did not know if hubby would be home or not to help celebrate. So last night I gave Boots his Birthday present a little early and I am so glad I did.
We don't own a movie camera. But Bob was able to take a small video on his cell phone camera. Its very poor quality, as he has an older phone. But, at least we have it to remember the event.
And Boots just loved this toy
Its called a Star Chaser, and I would Highly recommend it for all the cat owners here in WKYN
I had a blast watching Boots play with it.
And I know you will too.
I found it at Petsmart for $19

I have a turbo scratcher that my Simon loves, but it doesn't light up. That sounds really cool. Hehehe...on a side note, once time when I was babysitting by nephew (he was 2 at the time) I didn't have any toys for him to play with, so I gave him the turbo scratcher and it kept him entertained for almost an hour.

I also have a turbo scratcher that Poe plays with daily. He has yet to get tired of it. I don't have the light-up one either though. I had to start putting it in the closet at night though because lately he seems to enjoy it most at around 2am.

Oh those crazy cats!

LOL ITA Vanessa, on Kitty cats having late night hours of play. I heard the rolling action of the ball on the plastic the other night. And since this toy is new to all of us, I had no idea what the sound was? Then it hit me, he was playing with it all by himself without an audiance, lol. And at 1AM no less, lol. So its a good thing I am a night owl, Otherwise that sound would have woken me up.
Anyway, I am happy he is getting some good use out of it.
