OMG Your right Jo,THANKS! lol. Boy am I an idiot. But since I only take 2 a night. I am not exceeding the limit. I don't take any at all during the day.
But your right. The bottle does say one tablet within an 8 hour time frame. I have the generic version of it. So the strength is only 200 mg. So technically I am within the daily limit. If I take only 2 a night. Hey it helps me get to sleep. And it helps with my leg pain too ( Phlebitis) But now that I know it may be the cause of liver problems. ( This was the very first bottle of Aleve that I bought) I will stop taking it, after I am done with the current bottle that I have.
And just go back to Motrin I guess.
