FYI, Lush was in the news recently as a recommended place for air travelers to get toiletries. Since they have the solid shampoos and lotions, a travel publication advised people to check them out.

LUSH employees bare their naked bums to protest over-packaging.
I Well since I have a new job and some money to spend I ordered some Lush. I bought the New solid shampoo this time, because I like the cinnamon scent. And it smells like those little candy hearts. That shampoo is good for those with hair loss, my hair is not thinning but fine. I bought it hoping that it would make my hair stronger. After using it I don't even need a conditioner. With most shampoos my hair stays so tangled. I will order it again for sure.

I also about some soaps and the Fresh Farmacy cleanser. I was afraid that it would dry my face. So far so good my skin is not dry but I hope that my pimples will go away. I might buy another one for winter because my skin is almost the opposite during that time.

I would try the fresh mask, too bad that only have them in store.
Resurrecting this thread... because I just got my mail order of $127 of Lush. Good lord. I totally took leave of my senses, but I HAVE NO REGRETS.

Last night's bomb was DA BOMB. I think it's my new favourite Lush bath bomb -- it's called "Rainbow Worrier" and my skin has NEVER been this soft before!!!

LOL! I've done that, and yeah, I never have regrets!
I've had a major dry skin breakout this summer, and I get the e-mails from Lush. They had Vanilla Delite body lotion ($25 value free) with any purchase so I ordered a few bath bombs. The nearest store is an hour's drive each way, I don't drive, and who knew when I'd be going next-offer only was valid online. The shipping fee would be cheaper than gas. Anyway, this lotion has helped my skin, I was hesitant at first because it contains parabens, but it's been gentle on my skin, and the smell is so good and lasts a long time. I've tried many different moisturizers.
I just had to add to this thread...

I never tried Lush. I had only heard about it through this thread. That was of course, until my friend went to Lush over the holidays and bought a lot of products that she showed me and my other friends.

Well,

I instantly fell in love with the Christmas Eve bubble bar. It smelled so pretty and it was so unique looking. It was blue with a yellow crescent moon on top. She also showed me a bunch of other things she bought including bath bombs, bath melts, massage bars, and lotion.

I liked the Christmas Eve bar so much that I had to make a trip to NYC to go to one of their stores. Today, I bought two bubble bars: Comforter and Sunny Side. I saw a demo video on YouTube for Sunny Side. It's a gold colored and infused with gold glitter and makes the bath water look like liquid gold. I am soooo looking forward to trying that one. I also got two bath bombs: Sex Bomb and Sakura. They are both floral scented. The Sex Bomb is supposed to make the bath water pink and Sakura makes the water white.

I'm definitely looking forward to my next bubble bath. Damn my friend for getting me into this! LOL.
Wow you guys make this product sound so wonderful I am tempted to give it a try.
Normally I get my scented body wash from "Bath & Body Works"
Its called "Dancing Waters" and I just LOVE that scent.
I don't use it too often cause I fear I will break out ( bad skin)
So I usually just use the foaming hand soaps that are
Antibacterial.
So, does anyone know if Lush products are hypoallergenic?
If they are, I might try some.
I would like to have soft skin too, lol

Welcome! Resistance is futile....
I'm not really sure if the products are hypo-allergenic, but they are made with a lot of natural ingredients and many of them are vegan. That's one of the things that attracted me to this company initially.

I'm going to place an online order soon. Thus far, I am very happy with the products that I have purchased in-store. I feel safe buying a few more bath items (bubble bars and bath bombs) on the website since I've already tried them. I'm also going to pick up a couple of soaps and a shampoo bar. Based on ratings customers gave them on YouTube, I feel I will like them. One of their top-rated soaps is a honey-scented soap but I've opted not to buy it online. I'd rather go in-store to smell it because generally, I tend not to like honey-scented items. I'm into more floral and citrus scents.

I had also saw a video on YouTube about purchasing from the UK site vs. the US site. With the currency conversion, the prices were significantly cheaper and the shipping was comparable. The lady also said that she receives her products much faster from the UK site (about a week) vs. 2 to 3 weeks from the US. So I think I will give it a try.
I love the smell of the Honey I Washed the Kids soap. I use to use the solid shampoo for blond hair for years. I loved it (plus it was so easy to pack when traveling).

I don't know why I stopped using it!
I want to try Sexy Peel as I love citrus scents. I will definitely try Honey I Washed the Kids in the future, the next time I go to the Lush store. I am also going to buy two facial soaps: Fresh Farmacy and Dark Angels as I have oily skin. The blemishes have calmed down somewhat since turning 30, but I still do get them.

If anyone is interested in Lush review vids on YouTube, I enjoy this poster from the UK:

Brace yourselves...

Lush has a YouTube channel. http://www.youtube.com/user/Lushvidz

It's amazing. They show exactly how they make everything. It's got me jonesing for Lush!!!
I've had the Lush website bookmarked for a little while now and I don't think I can resist any longer! Something tells me I'm going to switch from being a shower person to a tub person thanks to this thread. I've been staring longingly at the Sunny Side picture and I'm going to give in and place an order in March. I will thank you all ahead of time for what seems to be a new addiction!
I ordered a bunch of things from Lusk UK and I so happy with everything I bought. My favorite items so far are the face cleansers I bought (Fresh Farmacy and Dark Angels) and my shampoo bar (Jumping Juniper). My only complaint if I had to say would be that the body soaps I bought (Sexy Peel and Rockstar) don't last that long. But other than that, I am very pleased with everything. I already have my next order planned out...lol.
