So, I come in today, and I get, over the course of about 2 hours: 3 emails asking me if I've started so-and-so's orientation schedule. 2 emails telling my coworker he needs to give me viewing rights to his calendar, so I can set up said meetings.

My boss is back from his medical leave. I did not know he was here, until the RECEPTIONIST, DOWN ON THE FIRST FLOOR (i'm on the 3rd) told me he'd been in the office for an hour.

Then, there's the fact that I have sent my boss 2 or 3 business-related emails, and he has responded to none of them.

Do I feel appreciated? Uh...no. Medical leave can't come fast enough!

Hey, about those TPS reports? LOL. I had to throw in another Office Space reference!

I'm sorry work is being such a pain. I know the feeling well. Usually I only have to deal with one boss because I work at night -- but today I had two looking over my shoulder. Luckily, one stayed busy with other things.

I don't mind the "Office Space" references, and that was my intent. I really think that movie has kept the number of people who lose it at work down.

Today's calmer. I'm busy, and I can lose myself in that.

I totally agree with you. Office Space definitely is ideal for this situation. They say it's a comedy but I honestly feel it's a documentary because the typical workplace is like this.
