Davros and I would like to buy a deep fryer. The two front runners from various reviews I have read seem to be T-Fal and Delonghi. Do any of you fine folks own a deep fryer? I'm looking for positive and negative reviews along with anything I should be looking for in a deep fryer.

We have a WarringPro. It's OK. I'm not a huge fan of deep fried food however.
The good thing about the fryer is it has a lid and a filter so when you close the lid, your house doesn't smell like a pub when you're done dinner. For safety sake, I'd rather fry in the deep fryer than on the stovetop.
I think ours is a bit small. I wish we had gone bigger because when we do deep fried chicken for example (which is like once a year - if that) we can only do one piece at a time. Almost everything has to be done in batches so my only advice would be to make sure you get one that's big enough.
