DH and I went to see Final Destination 4 in 3D today. We've seen Final Destination 1 and 2 and know the movies are bloody and gory. The film is rated R. We were waiting in line and noticed a family ahead of us -- a Moo a Duh and a kid. The child was probably about 8 -- I'm terrible at guessing ages. She was young enough to require a booster seat. We saw them holding 3D glasses.

You guessed it, they dragged a young child into a gory horror movie! Yet we're bad people because we don't want children.
Are they insane?? I have seen the first 2 Final Destinations & want to see this one. I know from the first 2 that young kids don't need to see it. I hope the kid has nightmares for weeks & has to bug Moo & Duh all night, every night.
Are they kidding? Just from the minimal exposure I have had from television ads for this, it's easily apparent that this is not a child friendly movie.
But you see THIS way moo gets much more attention. She can whine and threaten to sue the evil people that made such a movie "not family friendly" and get new rules in place to protect da pwecious children from those nasty movie making people! Then if she can sue, so much the better.... of course it will all be under the guise of "for the children"
Uhm, she can maybe sue the movie theatre but that's why they invented the ratings. I'm surprised they let the child in... when I was younger our theatre was relatively strict about age limits (PG was a bit squishy, but R would have required that you be 18).
