When do you want the next Boardapalooza to be? What month of this year is best for you? I'm starting the poll with July because it's already May and anything sooner than a couple of months from now would be too last-minute to plan anything good. If you have any other suggestions, feel free to comment with them. And if you're flexible on dates, pick as many of the months as you want.

Depending on when I get my inheritence, I may or may not be on the road anyhow during that time. If I am, I'll make my way to wherever it is, whenever it is.

That's why I made it so you could select multiple choices. I figured that anyone for whom any time would be fine could just check all of the months.

That's what I did.
BTW, even though I said any month is fine with me, I am thinking that it will be too hot in July or August and even in early September. I remember when we stayed in San Marcos after evacuating from Rita in 2006, it was 105 degrees!
I picked November/December because those are our best bets for having time off and money saved, but I can't commit just yet. So while I did vote, consider mine "less weighted" than other folks.
October is the prettiest month of the year down here IMHO
November is pretty nice too if it's not overcast, but it's usually not hot.
So if it's Austin - I vote October or November.
With our finances being like they are now, and my having a tough time accruing leave, we just can't do it unless it's within driving distance for us (ie, up to 4 hours away but no more than that.)

I voted for December. I have a work conference in September, and may be taking a vacation to California in October. I figure that by December (or late November) I'll have some vacation time again and some money. Also, I'd rather go to Texas in the cooler months. I wilt and melt in the heat.
