Look at beautiful natural landscapes and vistas. If I hike to do it, that's fine! I would have said "hiking", but I don't hike just to be walking in the woods -- I've got to be able to see something. It doesn't even have to be much -- birds, ravines, an interesting tree, a rare plant.....

I don't think I have a comfort food. Food from my childhood was awful, so I hardly ate. Food that makes me feel good and I'm happy when I get to eat it? That would be sushi, something that definitely did not come from childhood.
